User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The use of training content or educational materials belonging to Apex Sport Academy in unauthorized ways or for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us is not permitted. You must refrain from copying, distributing, or transmitting lesson content, techniques, or training plans without explicit consent. You also undertake not to use our services in ways that could damage the reputation of the academy or its coaches. All information you provide must be accurate and reliable, and you bear full responsibility for its accuracy.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including lessons, training plans, images, videos, and educational materials belonging to Apex Sport Academy, is protected under intellectual property and copyright laws. Coaches and the academy retain all rights to this content. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use this content for your own educational purposes only in relation to a player or players under your supervision. Limitation of Liability

Termination of Service

Upon termination, you may lose access to content and services related to your account or the program you are enrolled in. We will not be responsible for any loss of content or personal data resulting from termination. Your legal and financial obligations remain in effect even after termination of service in accordance with the agreed payment and subscription terms.
